Digital Products: Delivered almost instantly via email and at checkout. The store usually takes about a minute to prepare the download.
Physical Products: We ship using FedEx and the Dutch Postal Service. Orders are prepared the same day and dispatched as soon as possible. All shipments can be tracked with a tracking number.
Delivery times:
- Germany: 2–3 days
- Europe: 2–5 days
- United States: 7–12 days
- Worldwide: similar timeframe
Please note that during busy occasions (holidays, etc.), the postal services may take a few extra days. All shipments include tracking numbers.
