1. General

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be entitled to return it under the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer (particularly under EU consumer protection law, where applicable).

2. Digital Products (PDF Sheet Music, Downloads)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital sheet music and downloads are final.
  • Once a file has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g. corrupted file, missing pages), please contact us and we will provide a corrected copy at no extra charge.

3. Physical Products (Printed Books, Limited Editions)

  • You have the right to return physical products within 14 days after delivery (EU customers: in line with the statutory right of withdrawal).
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that were clearly personalized, signed, or custom-made for you
  • Discounted or “Imperfect Edition” items (unless defective)

4. Returns Procedure

  1. Contact us at management@paulfeyorganist.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the product(s) back to the return address provided.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of defective or wrong items).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us directly.
