These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We offer:

• Digital sheet music (PDF downloads)
  
• Physical printed sheet music and limited editions
  

While we take great care in presenting product details accurately, slight variations in layout, design, or printing may occur.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

• By clicking “Buy now” or completing checkout, you make a binding purchase offer.
  
• You will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once we accept your order and/or deliver the product.
  

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in the currency of your country, if nothing is set, it is Euros.
  
• For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable (via our OSS registration in the Netherlands).
  
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  
• We do not store full credit card details.
  

5. Delivery

• Digital products: available for download immediately after payment.
  
• Physical products: shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery times depend on your location.
  
• Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
  

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

• Digital products: once the download link has been provided, the right of withdrawal is waived.
  
• Physical products: EU customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
  

7. Refunds & Returns

8. Copyright & Usage

• All digital and physical sheet music is protected by copyright.
  
• Purchases are for personal use only.
  
• Copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling without prior written consent is prohibited.
  

9. Liability

• We are not liable for slight negligence, except in cases of personal injury or breach of essential contractual obligations.
  
• Liability for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits is excluded, unless required by law.
  

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  
• For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
  

11. Dispute Resolution (EU Customers)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
